Communication Minor

A minor in Communication complements many different majors in a variety of academic disciplines. Just think about it. All professions require people to communicate effectively. Educators need to know how to deliver their lesson plans to their students. Sales professionals need to know how to ask questions to uncover their clients’ business needs. Psychologists need to know how to listen actively and counsel their clients.

Students who wish to minor in Communication are encouraged to meet with the Chairperson of the Communication Department to discuss their career interests and receive a tailored curriculum of 18-credits that will enable them to meet their goals.
